This website is operated by GoShop.pk Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GoShop.pk We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website, purchase any product or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the online store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

How to Order:

visit WWW.GOSHOP.PK and logged on to your favorite category or product. Review your product, color, size, model, brand, warranty and order us online. Our representative will call to verify and confirm the order. An email with your order details will be sent at the email address you provided with your order. Our live chat option is also available if you have any question about products so you can ask there.

Payment & Order Processing:

  • We offer Four Payment method for the purchase of product from our online store.
  1. Self-Pickup – Customer comes to the store to pay as well as to pick up their product.
  2. Cash On Delivery – Pay with cash upon delivery.
  3. Direct Bank Transfer – Take payments in person via BACS. More commonly known as direct bank/wire transfer.
  4. Easypaisa Mobile Account – Make your payment directly into our Easypaisa Mobile Number – 03452786217
  • Before we process any order, the confirmation call will be made to the phone number provided at time of placing an order. The order can only be processed after the confirmation; our representative may ask for certain information for verification. We will make three attempts to contact customer; after that the order will be considered cancelled and email will be sent for notification.
  • We currently offer Large Appliances delivery services only for Karachi And Small Appliances Delivery All Over Pakistan. In case if we are unable to dispatch the product to customer location, due to logistic or any unforeseen reason, or if a particular product is not available at a branch, then our representative will inform customer by making a call to provided phone number.
  • Any additional charges, taxes or handling cost will be shown at time of placing an order.
  • The order can also be cancelled when our representative call customer for order confirmation. Once the order is processed it cannot be cancelled.

Shipment & Order Tracking:

  • All orders will be dispatched through our transport partner.
  • Customer will receive an email once their order is processed, with a tracking number and website URL where they can track the order online.
  • The shipment is received within 3-5 working days of the payment. However, in some cases, it may take longer. If there is a delay in shipment for more than 7 days, we will inform customer by email or phone.
  • In case our courier partner is unable to reach customer in first attempt of delivery, they may contact the customer by making a call. We’ll appreciate if customer facilitates them for delivery of product. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the product for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning the parcel to us. Once the parcel has been shipped back to us by the courier partner, we will automatically cancel that order.

Refund and Replacement:

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods. Return and replacements are solely set by the sellers and are comprised of exchange, replacement and refund policies at Goshop. Be informed that not all products are obliged to having the same return and replacement policies as their nature of being are different. Acknowledge this as the general page for Return and Replacements. However, policies that sellers amend on some products are found on their “Product Page” which customers should explore before adding items into the cart. All return and replacements become applicable for buyers when conditions are met which we mention here for the customers.

  • Refund:

Products once sold at Goshop are not refundable. Sellers at Goshop only offers a replacement. If the seller fails to arrange a replacement for your order then a full refund is made.

  • Replacement:

1. In case the product received is in damaged or non-working condition then the seller offers a replacement. Customer should contact the seller of products within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.

2. If the customer disapproves the product by claiming that it looks different from how it looked at Goshop.pk then the seller replaces it. However, we do not entertain decisions based on personal privileges.

3. All products qualify for the “7-Days Return and Replacement Policy” regardless of the category.

4. For Appliances, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phones and other tech-based products, the seller will pair up the customers with an authorized service center for functionality issues. For other product issues, Goshop customer support is available 24/7 to provide solutions on the go.

5. All items consisting of in-box accessories should be returned as received to make replacements for them. For example: starter kits, remote controls, manuals, headphones, chargers etc. Other freebies and combos should also be added in the returns to further escalate the case for the replacement or refund depending on the scenario.

6. The fabric-based (Clothing, Footwear, Fashion Accessories) products should be returned unwashed, unsoiled, without holes and stretch marks. This is applicable on men and women categories. Depending on the item, the seller makes the final call on returns or replacements.

7. At the time of return, the original packaging and other product belongings should be returned as received. This condition is implied on all products unless the seller voluntarily neglects it.

8. Once the “7 Days Return and Replacement Policy” is over, Goshop and its sellers will not entertain return, replacement and refund requests. Better yet, claim it before time.

9. For any information regarding the product availability, tracking and so on, contact the seller or get in touch with us.

Products Warranty Claim:

Appliances, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phones and other tech-based products available at GoShop.pk comes with difference warranty periods i.e. 12 Months, 2 Years, 10 Years etc. which is directly provided by the product manufacturer mentioned in warranty card. Manufacturer Offices or their Customer Care Center are the warranty claim location, the details of which can be found in warranty card. The warranty card with serial no. must be preserved during the whole warranty-period.

  • Product without Warranty:

In case the product is without warranty it can be communicated at time of confirming order. It will also be displayed along with product on our website. It’s the responsibility of the customer to check the product for any fault or issue when it is delivered by courier company representative.

  • Warranty Void:

The warranty becomes void for several reasons which includes, if product is exposed to any liquid or moisture, if broken, if burnt due to variable voltages, if warranty seal is missing/damaged, if watered or burned or damaged or is been opened/serviced by someone other than Manufacturer Customer Care Center.

  • Warranty card:

Customer will be required to present warranty card when handing over product for repair or maintenance under warranty. Manufacturer Customer Care Center is authorized to record any remarks or the status or repair history on this warranty card.

Entire Agreement

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
