1. What is GoShop ?

GoShop.pk is your online shopping store in Pakistan.

Buy the latest Mobiles, Appliances, Fashion Accessories, & more retail products available for sale online.

2. How do I find the product/brand I want ?

GoShop has a variety of products and national/international brands as its
partners. To search for a product, you can do one or more of the following:

  • In the search box on top of the website, write the product you want. Note that options start appearing as soon as you start typing, to show you similar products available on.
  • From the Categories menu on the top left, choose a category of the product you want.

3. What if the product I want is not available on the website ?

If the product you want is not available on our website, please contact us through our this number: 03128891730 and Email: [email protected]

You can also use the Contact form on the website to directly send us a message and our representative will call you as soon as possible.

4. How do I order ?

1. Thank you for visiting our website to buy products
2. Search our extensive database to find a product you want
3. Fill out the Billing order form
4. Select a payment option from the available options:

  • Self-Pickup – Customer comes to the store to pay as well as to pick up their product.
  • COD (Cash On Delivery) – Where Payment is made in cash after the order is delivered at your doorstep
  • Direct Bank Transfer – Take payments in person via BACS. More commonly known as direct bank/wire transfer. Payment is made through bank transfer before; we deliver you the ordered product.
  • Easypaisa Mobile Account – Make your payment directly into our Easypaisa Mobile Number – 03452786217 before; we deliver you the ordered product.

5. Our representative will call to verify and confirm the order
6. Depending on the payment type you have selected

  • Your product will be booked and will be delivered to your doorstep after being confirmed by a telephonic conversation from our authorized representative.
  • An email with your order details and bank account details will be sent to the email address you mention while ordering. After payment, you will need to send us a picture/scan of the bank deposit slip to our whatsapp number 03128891730 and email us at [email protected] for other queries and details, and then only your item will be dispatched. You will then receive an another confirmation call and email with tracking details respectively.

5. What are the payment options ?

There are four payment options:

  1. Self-Pickup – Customer comes to the store to pay as well as to pick up their product.
  2. COD (Cash On Delivery) – Where Payment is made in cash after the order is delivered at your doorstep
  3. Direct Bank Transfer – Take payments in person via BACS. More commonly known as direct bank/wire transfer. Payment is made through bank transfer before; we deliver you the ordered product.
  4. Easypaisa Mobile Account – Make your payment directly into our Easypaisa Mobile Number – 03452786217 before; we deliver you the ordered product.

6. What is the Warranty and Claims policy ?

  • PRODUCTS WARRANTY CLAIM

All products available at GoShop.pk comes with difference warranty periods i.e. 12 Months, 2 Years, 10 Years etc. which is directly provided by the product manufacturer mentioned in warranty card. Manufacturer Offices or their Customer Care Center are the warranty claim location, the details of which can be found in warranty card. The warranty card with serial no. must be preserved during the whole warranty-period.

  • PRODUCT WITHOUT WARRANTY:

In case the product is without warranty it can be communicated at time of confirming order. It will also be displayed along with product on our website. It’s the responsibility of the customer to check the product for any fault or issue when it is delivered by courier company representative.

  • WARRANTY VOID:

The warranty becomes void for several reasons which includes, if product is exposed to any liquid or moisture, if broken, if burnt due to variable voltages, if warranty seal is missing/damaged, if watered or burned or damaged or is been opened/serviced by someone other than Manufacturer Customer Care Center.

  • WARRANTY CARD:

Customer will be required to present warranty card when handing over product for repair or maintenance under warranty. Manufacturer Customer Care Center is authorized to record any remarks or the status or repair history on this warranty card.

7. What is the Returns policy ?

  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • REFUND:

Products once sold at GoShop.pk are not refundable.

  • PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

In case the product received is in damaged or non-working condition, Customer should call customer support number +923128891730 write to us on [email protected] within 24 hours of the receipt of the product to register a formal complaint. Our logistic partner will collect the damaged product. After examination we will ship a new product to customer.

  • EXCHANGE:

Products once sold at GoShop.pk are eligible for exchange for a valid reason within 7 Days after delivery. The customer is required deliver the product at GoShop (Karachi) Showroom or to pay shipping on returns order both ways. Upon receipt of returned goods, GoShop.pk reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet our requirements. The decision of the Company shall be final.

You have 7 calendar days to Exchange an item from the date you received it.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.

Please ensure that the item you are Exchanging is repackaged with all elements.

9. Are there any Advance Payment conditions ?

No, both our payment methods require full payments.

10. What are the delivery charges ?

Shipping and transportation rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are additionally in view of the weight and measurements (Width x height x breadth) of the product ordered. However All transportation costs are ascertained and calculated by our delivery and conveyance accomplice. Moreover Delivery in Karachi is free of all cost.

11. I don’t know which product to choose, what do I do ?

15. How long will my order take to deliver ?

The estimated time for order delivery will be given in the final invoice sent to you on your provided email address. Normally each product would take around 3-4 business days to be delivered.

However, if your product is not available in the stock, an intimation of the same will be given to you via an email or by a phone call by our representative.

16. How is the quality of the products at GoShop Pakistan ?

Moreover, GoShop.pk holds products from the top international and national brand as the same can also be seen from the photos, all of the products we’re offering are of very good quality. We always quality check our products before placing them in our showroom/web portal. Moreover all the offered products on our web portal come with brand official warranty. Do note, however, that there may be a slight difference between the color on-screen and the color of the actual product due to monitor quality and/or the environment lighting when the photo was taken.

17. I am a shopkeeper/retailer/distributor. Can I order from here ?

It is emphasized with great importance that all individuals and groups that intend to resell the product after buying from us are highly discouraged to do any shopping from us. GoShop Pakistan is for individual consumers only, and we shall not sell to any dealers/shopkeepers/ retailers/ distributors, or any individual or groups that intend to resell the products.

18. By what means will I know that you have got my Order request?

After you finish the checkout procedure, a receipt will show up on your screen specifying your entire request of products which you have processed with, including, your address where delivery is to be made, and the products that are being sent to your delivery address. It would be ideal if you keep this receipt for your reference.

19. What if I need to change my address or suspend delivery of my subscription ?
