Why do I see different prices for the same product ?

Goshop is a marketplace. We have a huge seller base and each one sources their product differently due to which prices vary for the same product but you can choose depending on your preference as the product quality remains the same.

How do I find the product/brand I want ?

GoShop has a variety of products and national/international brands as its partners. To search for a product, you can do one or more of the following:

  • In the search box on top of the website, write the product you want. Note that options start appearing as soon as you start typing, to show you similar products available on.
  • From the Categories menu on the top left, choose a category of the product you want.

Yes, Goshop only offers 100% new and unused products. The only exception is for refurbished laptops for which we ensure the best quality grade and full warranty from the vendor.

If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the right side of the product page or inside description tab.

Where should I go for my warranty claim?

To claim your warranty, please refer to the manufacturer or (Service Center) details given on the warranty card included with your product (if applicable). If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual, product packaging for the details.

Shopping on Goshop is easy ! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Confirm the order details and select your “Mode of Payment”.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is not yet on its way to you, your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.

  • Click onMy Account Dashboardand click onMy Ordersin the drop-down.
  • Once you see your order, click the“Cancel”Button & fill out the cancellation request form.
  • Choose the item(s) you need to cancel.
  • Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy.
  • Select your cancellation reason.

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product.

I haven't received the invoice for my order.

A hard copy of the invoice should always be sent along with your order.

If you have not received an invoice, please check your inbox – Goshop.pk sends your invoice on your registered email address within 24 hours once your order is marked delivered on our system.

What are shipping charges ?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products, the location where the item is picked from and the destination to where it is delivered.

The total shipping fee charged will be clearly indicated for each product individually at the main product page and the total shipping fee for the cart will be displayed at the checkout page.The shipping charges are always shown separately from the price of the product.

How long will my order take to deliver ?

The estimated time for order delivery will be given in the final invoice sent to you on your provided email address. Normally each product would take around 3-4 business days to be delivered.

However, if your product is not available in the stock, an intimation of the same will be given to you via an email or by a phone call by our representative.

My order is delayed. What should I do ?

Why are my items shipped separately ?

Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfillment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of those items. There are no hidden charges on partial shipment.

How do I register myself as a seller on Goshop ?

If you have new and genuine products and you want to sell online at Goshop, you can register yourself immediately by visiting “Sell on Goshop” and filling out a brief form. Within 3 business days, someone from our team will get in touch with you to guide you through the rest of the process.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods. Return and replacements are solely set by the sellers and are comprised of exchange, replacement and refund policies at Goshop. Be informed that not all products are obliged to having the same return and replacement policies as their nature of being are different. Acknowledge this as the general page for Return and Replacements. However, policies that sellers amend on some products are found on their “Product Page” which customers should explore before adding items into the cart. All return and replacements become applicable for buyers when conditions are met which we mention here for the customers.

Refund:

  • Products once sold at Goshop are not refundable. Sellers at Goshop only offers a replacement. If the seller fails to arrange a replacement for your order then a full refund is made. Buyers are responsible for shipping of refunded item if you’re returning the item just because you changed your mind. The payment will be refunded after receiving of goods at “seller” warehouse.

Return & Replacement:

  • In case the product received is in damaged or non-working condition then the seller offers a replacement. Customer should contact the seller of products within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
  • If the customer disapproves the product by claiming that it looks different from how it looked at Goshop.pk then the seller replaces it. However, we do not entertain decisions based on personal privileges.
  • All products qualify for the “7-Days Return and Replacement Policy” regardless of the category.
  • For Appliances, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phones and other tech-based products, the seller will pair up the customers with an authorized service center for functionality issues. For other product issues, Goshop customer support is available 24/7 to provide solutions on the go.
  • All items consisting of in-box accessories should be returned as received to make replacements for them. For example: starter kits, remote controls, manuals, headphones, chargers etc. Other freebies and combos should also be added in the returns to further escalate the case for the replacement or refund depending on the scenario.
  • The fabric-based (Clothing, Footwear, Fashion Accessories) products should be returned unwashed, unsoiled, without holes and stretch marks. This is applicable on men and women categories. Depending on the item, the seller makes the final call on returns or replacements.
  • At the time of return, the original packaging and other product belongings should be returned as received. This condition is implied on all products unless the seller voluntarily neglects it.
  • Once the “7 Days Return and Replacement Policy” is over, Goshop and its sellers will not entertain return, replacement and refund requests. Better yet, claim it before time.

  • The courier service communicates directly with buyer to reaffirm the address, product and product quantity before making the delivery. In case of missed delivery, vendors inform buyers about the next delivery attempt with 0% fees charge.
  • To cancel an order, the buyer must inform their vendor within 24 hours of processing.

  • Shipment prices may differ in product size and availability with subject to no discount.

Reasons for Shipment delays:

  • Incorrect address has been entered in the shipping details when placing the order.
  • Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders, and this may delay shipping.
  • Payment in advance is not yet verified (for orders where payment is made via bank deposit, EasyPaisa or other advance payment options).
  • If your order will be delayed for any reason we are aware of, we may contact you directly via phone or email to advise of the delay.
  • Incase at time of order creation, shipping charges are missed to apply because of a technical glitch, they will be added by our order management team and you will also be informed about it and then delivery will be processed from our end.

What are the Delivery Timelines?

Delivery timelines are estimated number of days for your product to be delivered at your doorstep. These timelines are based on business days and exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Do Goshop deliver orders outside Pakistan?

Unfortunately, international deliveries have been temporarily suspended.

How do I claim my warranty ?

Please contact with Brand service center number listed on the warranty card included with your product and also we will give support if your product has a warranty Submit Claim Form.

Note: Appliances, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phones and other tech-based products available at GoShop.pk comes with difference warranty periods i.e. 12 Months, 2 Years, 10 Years etc. which is directly provided by the product manufacturer mentioned in warranty card. Manufacturer Offices or their Customer Care Center are the warranty claim location, the details of which can be found in warranty card. The warranty card with serial no. must be preserved during the whole warranty-period.

  • Product without Warranty:

In case the product is without warranty it can be communicated at time of confirming order. It will also be displayed along with product on our website. It’s the responsibility of the customer to check the product for any fault or issue when it is delivered by courier company representative.

  • Warranty Void:

The warranty becomes void for several reasons which includes, if product is exposed to any liquid or moisture, if broken, if burnt due to variable voltages, if warranty seal is missing/damaged, if watered or burned or damaged or is been opened/serviced by someone other than Manufacturer Customer Care Center.

  • Warranty card:

Customer will be required to present warranty card when handing over product for repair or maintenance under warranty. Manufacturer Customer Care Center is authorized to record any remarks or the status or repair history on this warranty card.

  • If it has been less than 7 days since delivery: You may be able to return your product without using a warranty. Call (031) 2889-1730 to lodge a return request. See our Return policy for detailed information.
